Zydeco Chop Chop was originally created by Tim Bellard back in 2008. Tim was inspired to create ZCC for personal use and easy access to the Cajun Trinity while cooking. It wasn't until 2014 when Tim finally gave into his friends and families pleas to share his Zydeco Chop Chop love with the rest of the world.
