Zydeco Chop Chop Compound Butter

Ingredients 

4 sticks salted butter, softened 

4 heaping tbsp Zydeco Chop Chop, rehydrated

Directions

  1. Add softened butter and Zydeco Chop Chop to a mixer, or mixing bowl. 

  2. Mix to combine all ingredients until homogenous. 

  3. Spoon mixture onto a piece of parchment or plastic wrap, form into a log and wrap tightly. 

  4. Chill in the fridge overnight or no less than 3 hours to harden. 

  5. Once hardened, add your desired amount to a dish of our choice! 

    Steak and mashed potatoes are perfect!
